Improving Communities Through the Arts

Both the individual artists and arts organizations can be a guide within communities to help identify cultural and creative assets – and leverage them for community revitalization and change. This becomes a large part of the bigger goals in many Counties, towns and cities of strategic planning, and capacity building. With this knowledge, our Arts Recreation Specialist, Herb Williams, realized the need to create this presentation to help arts organizations understand their role in this process and how to be a player in helping meet the need that is there.
